A Hair Salon So Busy
The Staff Complained
€500 a month on Meta. One strong offer. Three months later, the team was asking her to slow down.

The challenge
Every salon in Malta runs the same ad.
Nice haircut photo. "Book now." Maybe a 10% off.
People scroll past it in half a second. Because they've seen it 400 times this week.
Cristina's ads looked like everyone else's.
So they performed like everyone else's.
Meaning not much.
What we did
Threw out the old creatives. All of them.
Built one offer that actually stood out.
Something you couldn't get at the salon down the road.
Then new creatives made to stop the scroll, not blend into it.
And we pushed that one offer HARD.
No spreading €500 across ten ideas.
One offer, full weight behind it.
Simple as that.

The result
Three months in, the whole campaign was sitting at 3.4x ROAS.
Every €1 in ads came back as €3.40.
And then she called.
"Igor, I think we need to slow it down. My workers are getting angry, they're doing double work."
Best complaint I've ever had.
