The Fgura & Paola market
Busy streets. Busy maps. Same three spots.
Fgura and Paola are proper local towns. The square, the main roads, shops one after the other, clinics, pharmacies, opticians, barbers, takeaways.
Plenty of foot traffic. Which makes a lot of owners think they don't need Google.
But here's what's actually happening: the person walking past your shop already Googled where they were going before they left the house.
Walk-ins are Google customers too. They just did their searching earlier.
So if you're not in the Top 3, you're not getting the walk-ins you think you are. You're getting the leftovers.
(Harsh. Fixable though.)
Case study · Island-wide
A Malta plumber nobody could find.
Pipe bursts. People grab the phone, search, call one of the first three names. That's it.
This plumber was name number 36. Good at the job. Empty phone. Not because someone was better. Because nobody scrolls that far.
We did the full local SEO job. Profile fixed, right category, every service listed, his details cleaned up everywhere online. Then the boring weekly work that actually moves the map.
Three months later: Top 3 across the island. Calls up 203%. His words: "Phone doesn't stop ringing."

Fgura & Paola FAQ
Stuff Fgura & Paola owners actually ask me.
I get plenty of walk-ins. Why do I need this?
Because most of your walk-ins already searched before they came. The ones who found a competitor first walked in somewhere else. You never saw them, so it feels like nothing is missing.
